An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We are not liable for errors in order details submitted by the customer.
5. Order Cancellation Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch.
